Luxury begins with listening, is shaped through collaboration, and lives on in the legacy we deliver.

DISCOVERY CALL

We listen first. In a 10–15 minute call or WhatsApp, we learn what matters to you, confirm the date/venues, and match the right package. We outline timing, locations, and any traditions or brand goals. You’ll see next steps—e-sign + deposit and a shared text/WhatsApp thread for fast answers. No pressure. Just fit.

COLLABORATIVE DESIGN

We co-create a simple, no-surprises plan you approve: timeline/route, family or team lists, shot priorities, permits/access, and a weather or backup plan when needed. We coordinate with your planner/DJ/venue and provide COI. We set a light and audio plan and bring risk management—dual-slot cameras, two audio sources, on-site backups, spare gear. You stay in control; we do the heavy lifting.

LEGACY DELIVERY

On the day, we direct gently and keep everything on time so you can be present. You get quick previews (3–5 days when included), photo galleries in 2–4 weeks, and films in 3–6 weeks (rush available). Delivery is easy: online links plus USB, album design help, and files ready for web, social, press, and print. Bilingual team (English/Español). Drone only where allowed. RAW files/clips are not provided.

The Client Journey

  • 1 . Vision Call

    A quick 10–15 min Zoom or phone call to confirm your date, goals, and budget. We show real work, suggest the right package, then send e-sign + deposit and open a fast text/WhatsApp thread.

  • 2. Style & Strategy

    We set the look and a clear plan.
    Events: key moments + family/court list.
    Branding: where images will live (website, LinkedIn, ads).
    NYC/outdoor: best time, locations, permits.
    You’ll get a short prep guide for outfits and what to bring.

  • 3 . Easy Game Plan

    We build a step-by-step schedule/route with vendor coordination, travel buffers, and a backup plan for weather when needed. We finalize shot lists and contacts, then send a one-page PDF you can share with your planner, family, or team.

  • 4 . Shoot Day

    We arrive early, test light, and greet vendors. We guide calmly for portraits, then step back for real moments. Assistants support lighting, outfits, and quick changes on Premium/Signature. We keep the day on time so you can enjoy it.

  • 5. Editing & Selection

    We curate the best images, hand-edit color and skin, and mix clean audio for films.

    Portrait/branding proofs: 48–72 hours.

    Event previews: 3–5 days when included.
    You pick favorites for retouching as your package allows.

  • 6. Delivery & Implementation

    Photos: full galleries in 2–4 weeks.

    Films: 3–6 weeks (rush available).
    You receive online links (and USB when included), plus help with albums, wall art, website banners, LinkedIn crops, and social cuts. Files are backed up during your delivery window so you can relax and share.

Mario’s passion began as a hobby and became a dream—one he shares with his wife Ana and their four children. For over 20 years, we’ve helped families in NYC and NJ capture moments that matter most, always with warmth, care, and attention to detail.

Panoramic Hudson River views and floor‑to‑ceiling windows give you sunset photos with the NYC skyline—without leaving New Jersey. As a preferred vendor we get early load‑in, valet gear access, and rooftop clearance, so your timeline stays stress‑free.

The Venetian • Garfield

Crystal chandeliers, sweeping marble staircases, and a 30‑ft coffered ceiling make grand entrances unforgettable—whether it’s a Sweet 16 court dance or a black‑tie wedding. We know the mezzanine angle for full‑room photos and a hidden garden nook for quiet portraits.
